How To Place An Order

Placing an order on Helm-Chair.com is easy and really pretty self-explanatory.  Just follow the buttons that indicate your preferences. 

For a brief overview of what your experience will be, we provide this list of steps of what you can expect during your purchase process.

1. Using the Category links at the left of the search function, find the product(s) you wish to purchase.
   
2. If it is an item that requires customization (such as color or fabric), select those choices.  If you select any add-on options, hit the "recalculate" button to see your updated price.
   
3. Once your item is exactly what you want, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
   
4. In your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping, to update quantities, or to check out.
   
5. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" button.
   
6. You will be asked to put in your username and password or you will create one if you don't have one already.  Just follow the instructions.  It's easy.
   
7. On the shipping/billing page, enter your shipping and billing information.  Once completed, select "Continue".
   
8. Select your shipping and payment method.  (If you need to, you still have time to modify your order.)
   
9. Check and confirm your order.  (If you need to, you can still modify your order, before you hit "Confirm". )  When your order is just like you want, click on the "Confirm & Pay for Order" button.
   
10. Your payment process will vary a little bit from here on out, based on which payment method you selected.  Just follow the instructions as you go along.
    
11. When your payment is complete, print a copy of your receipt.
    
12. You will receive an email confirming your order and giving you any further instructions.
